Join experienced yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health counselor, Erika Fritz, for an experiential course designed to combat feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression through the pandemic and beyond. Though not a substitute for licensed therapeutic work, this series will introduce you to simple diet and lifestyle recommendations, including yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises, that can help you combat the blues and bring you back to balance.
