Yoga for the Special Needs wishes to create a community for caregivers to provide support and comradely in their life journey


The class will provide a safe and secure place where caregivers can come to heal both mentally and physically. Our goal is to form a community where they can experience soothing beginner level Vinyasa yoga in a non-judgmental, comfortable space while allowing them to connect and form relationships with those understand exactly what they are going through.
