Two of the studio's teacher will guide you in building (or re-building) your Yoga practice from the ground up. Floor work, standing sequences, balancing, hips & much more. Postures will be taught in a way that allows each student to develop a strong, health, safe and mindful Yoga practice. All experiences and bodies are welcome.
