Ever rolled out of bed the day after a long run or ride and felt post-workout tightness or aches? We’ve been there! Yoga for Athletes is a vinyasa flow class designed to both balance and compliment the effects of our athletic endeavors. Each class is designed with specific focus, whether it be stretching specific muscle groups or developing qualities to benefit all types of exercise (like improving balance or stamina).
Class will move at a challenging pace and conclude with a cool down and restful final pose. This class is for runners, cyclists and cross-trainers.
Appropriate for all levels of athletes and yogis who like to move.
