Join Blissful Monkey at Roundhead brewery in Hyde Park every third Sunday at 11am for a one-hour yoga class followed by one free beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the bar afterwards.


You can expect a fun, sweaty vinyasa flows with upbeat music and a variety of hands-on assists. We start class with breath work and mindfulness, carrying over into a flow that will leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and ready for a sweet savasana.
