Class is designed for all experience levels with plenty of modification options as well as opportunities to add challenge. Andrea's thoughtful dialogue and sequencing will leave you both relaxed and energized for the rest of your day. Flexibility is not a prerequisite, rather, an open mind and adventurous tastebuds! The Tap Room features a cafe which opens at 7AM and boasts a wonderful array of local beverage + bite options to satisfy your pre or post-class needs (& if you know Andrea, you know how much she loves her espresso buzz!). After class, start your happy hour with one of Mighty Squirrel's many draft selections or a hard smoothie & glide into lunch with a lobster roll or fresh brick oven pizza!
