Experience a deeper level of relaxation and restoration with Yin, Reiki & Tea! This extended version of our popular Sunday Yin class combines the gentle, meditative postures of Yin yoga with the healing power of Reiki.
Reiki will be woven throughout the workshop. While in the yin poses led by Heather, Frances will offer gentle Reiki, with or without touch, to help deepen your experience in each pose. This can help to open energy channels, align your body and spirit, and promote more effective self-healing and restoration. During a deliciously long savasana both Heather and Frances will come around to offer reiki.
This workshop is suitable for all bodies and experience levels, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, release tension, or simply unwind and relax, Yin, Reiki & Tea will offer a powerful opportunity to access and increase your full well-being potential.
After the class, stay for tea and conversation with other participants. This is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and share your experiences and insights.
This heart-centered practice will last 1 hour and 30 minutes (1:00-2:30) with 30 minutes of tea and conversation in the kitchen afterwards.
