Join us for Storytelling Meditation & Chill at Peace Out!


This new drop-in class series uses creative themes to help you build mindfulness in a way that’s definitely not boring.


Each class includes a themed meditation, interactive mindfulness activities, and time to reflect on your personal goals.


No prior meditation or mindfulness experience needed!


Drop in Wednesdays at 7:30 PM in Somerville - if you can’t make the next one, just follow us on Eventbrite for when we drop the next class!
