Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) is the most popular Chinese martial art in the world. Each day, millions of people worldwide of all ages practice in parks, health clubs, and martial arts schools. Many people today practice Taiji for its health benefits and as a moving meditation. Taiji will develop your balance and rooting, will increase your vitality and longevity, and can help you to prevent and heal injuries and illness.
Wudang San Feng style of Taijiquan is the style of Taiji taught on Wudang Mountain which is the most sacred Daoist site in China and is regarded as the birthplace of Taijiquan.
This class is a basic level class which will instruct the fundamentals including basic movements, exercises, and the instruction of the simplified 28-movement form before leading into the primary 108-movement form.
Loose fitting, comfortable clothing suggested.
