In this creative workshop, we will be in conversation with the nature surrounding us by practicing walking meditation, gentle movement, generative writing exercises, and tree-hugging, that will leave us refreshed and ready for a new week.


These creative practices will be our gateways to explore our emotions and experiences with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor, within ourselves and with others, to express them on the page and in the body.


We will let the spirit of Thoreau’s favorite place guide us to craft and share new writing and things of beauty.


All languages & levels of English welcome!


Bring a blanket or a meditation cushion, your favorite notebook, a water bottle, snacks, and bug spray!
