Worlds Apart is a world premiere musical full of romance and magic that tells the story of a brokenhearted songwriter whose life is uprooted by two ghosts who have lost their way.
It takes place in a small community theater in Spokane, Washington, where the company’s pride and joy is performing the same campy musical for many years in a row. There is mystery, love, lust, and hopelessness intertwined throughout this wonderfully crafted masterpiece written by Christian Duhamel, last year’s Kleban Prize winner.
Presented by the Berklee Theater Arts Collaborative and under the direction of Berklee’s faculty/industry professionals, Worlds Apart features students enrolled in five of Berklee’s professional theater training courses: performance, orchestra, music direction, stage management, and tech.
Please note: This show includes scenes that cover topics of sexual assault, physical violence, domestic abuse, and suicide. It may not be appropriate for all audiences; viewer discretion is advised.
