Celebrate World Giraffe Day with us! Over the past 15 years, giraffe numbers have steadily declined in the wild from 140,000 to an estimated 117,000 today. This worldwide event is designed to raise support, create awareness, and provide a deeper understanding of the challenges that these animals face in the wild.
Join us for Zookeeper Chats at the Giraffe Savannah at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to learn all about Boston's tallest residents!
If you can't visit in person, tune into our page at 1 p.m. for a Facebook Live, where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our Masai giraffes, Amari and Chad!

Advance online tickets are required for Non-Members, and can be purchased at franklinparkzoo.org. Zoo Members are not required to reserve in advance, and can check in at the gate with their membership card and a photo ID.
