Join Central Boston Elder Services (CBES) for the World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Walk on Friday, June 13, at 10:00 AM at Schoolmaster Hill in Franklin Park. This annual event brings together community members, caregivers, advocates, and service providers to raise awareness about elder abuse and to stand in solidarity with older adults across the City of Boston.
CBES proudly operates the Protective Services Unit for the entire City of Boston, responding to reports of abuse, neglect, and exploitation affecting older adults. Your presence helps shed light on this critical issue and demonstrates that our community values safety, dignity, and respect for aging adults.
Wear purple, bring a friend, and walk with us to help break the silence around elder abuse and promote care, connection, and hope.
