Join The Y Society, Boston's community for young professional women, for our first Workout, Workshop + Bagels event!
💪WORKOUT 9:00 - 9:45AM at BURN Fitness Studios (867 Boylston):
45 minute total: 30 minute full body strength + cardio, followed by 15 minute stretch + meditation.
📝☕️WORKSHOP + BAGELS + COFFEE 10:00 - 11:30AM at Hall Back Bay (44 Gloucester): Harnessing your internal strength for maximum success.
- Discussion on what it means to be strong mentally + emotionally.
- Discussion on challenges around self- advocating (ex: confidently say no, asking for more, speaking up, set boundaries, etc.)
- Defining your own version of strength.
Identifying your natural strengths + weaknesses.
- Laying out a plan to harness your strengths for professional success and personal growth; AND a plan to strengthen your weaknesses.
👯♀️AMAZING LADIES THE WHOLE TIME!
The whole morning is $20, which is less than or equal to what you'd pay for a standard fitness class in the city. Trying to cram as much value in as possible! Hope you can make it - super limited space available.
