Join this special City Awake event where we'll feature past Ten Outstanding Young Leader honoree and local Chef, Irene Li. Chef Irene will share the history of Mei Mei, the restaurant's role in Boston, and why she believes it's important for the next generation of leaders to get involved in their communities. This class includes instructions of how to make dumplings at home, including hand-folding techniques and how to achieve that perfect pan-sear.
