Connect with nature as you unplug and de-stress! Facilitator Jan Cohn, M.Ed. and licensed wellness educator, encourages participants to cultivate inner peace and self-compassion during this 5-week series. At each 1 ½ hour session, Jan leads a relaxed paced walk through the beautiful trails at Bird Park and explores various methods of self-management techniques and mindful practices that empower participants to achieve an enriched sense of well-being and fulfillment. Give yourself the gift of time in nature – it benefits you, those around you, and the people you love! Please bring water and something to put on the grass to sit/lay on (a towel or mat works well). Remember to wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
