This full-body session is one Australian trainer Jono Castano regularly uses with his clients–Rebel Wilson included. It's a low-impact but high-intensity workout for no-pain gains, where all fitness levels are welcome.

– Laura Hoggins, personal trainer and Foundry coach
Laura 'Biceps' Hoggins will guide you through all-important lifts, like squats, lunges, presses and deadlifts, in this full-body session. It's all about moving at a controlled pace as you perfect your form – this one will set you up for future strength sessions. You'll need one kettlebell or dumbbell for this one.
