In honor of International Women's Day, we’re hosting a soirée style event on the lives of three great philosophical women at our philosophy center on 2000 Mass Ave in Porter Square.
The event will be held in a relaxed, friendly environment. Presentations will be 10-15 minutes with time allotted in between for discussion. Refreshments will be served.
Come to learn more about the ideas and works of Abigail Adams, famous for her early advocacy of women’s rights, education and the abolition of slavery, the ancient Roman philosopher Hypatia of Alexandria, and the ground-breaking theosophist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky.
Join us on Wednesday, March 8th from 7-8:30 pm, for our soirée dedicated to great women of history.
