It's time for our annual Winter Solstice Circle. We will meditate, reflect on the past year, and call in our manifestations for 2020!


Each month, The Mind-Body Collaborative hosts a circle with friends and new faces. We meet together in meditation and reflection with significant monthly themes that encourage healing, transformation, and growth. This month, we share our Winter Solstice Circle on Thursday, December 19th, 7-9pm


This gathering is a time to rest in quiet and prepare for the new year on this powerful transitional point. Together we will take a silent look inward to clear space and create opportunity.
