As part of the Prenatal & Children’s School, our Kids & Teens programming is led by a network of experienced kids yoga teachers and organized by age to ensure that the content is constructive and fosters a sense of community where students support each other, learning to take their yoga off the mat and into the world with them.
Incorporating the practice of yoga during childhood and teen years helps future generations bolster a powerful sense of self-awareness, confidence, playfulness, and the unparalleled tool of self-soothing.
This winter, our kids programming will be in-person with a limited capacity of 6 students, as well as livestream for additional students to join. If you are enrolled, you will receive a link from us 15 mins before class starts to access the class on the Zoom platform.
