Enjoy a specially curated menu from our friends at No Joke Smoke, each menu item perfectly paired with one of our brewery-exclusive seasonal brews. The brunch will take place in our exclusive underground Bier Keller with one of our Brewery Ambassadors guiding guests through each pairing.

-First Course: Butternut Squash Soup – with griddled cornbread
-Second Course: Chorizo Hash – white and sweet potato hash, with peppers and onions topped with chorizo
-Third Course: Quiche – egg, candied bacon and cheddar cheese with Sweet Heat sauce
-Fourth Course: French Toast Bake – brown butter toffee with a maple sauce
