The largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, Sicily is a continent to itself. With a variety of microclimates and thousands of years of winemaking history, Sicily offers us diverse wines from indigenous grape varieties that are worth getting to know. Red, white, sweet and fortified wines are all to be found on this island. Join us as we discuss Sicilian wine regions, native grapes and modern winemaking that is steeped in ancient techniques.
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option.
