Wine lovers rejoice! It's the Troquet on South annual wine "Garage Sale" and you don't need to wake up early or search very hard for a great deal on an excellent bottle of wine. You'll find countless off-the-menu bottles; last-of-the-case, single bottles, and older wines of various vintages all priced to sell alongside your evening meal of menu favorites like Ricotta Cavtelli and Roasted Vermont Suckling Pig.
These wines make up a fraction of the carefully curated wines served at Troquet. This annual "Garage Sale" allows owner and Sommelier Chris Campbell to make room for new wines both in the cellar and on the menu. All wines must be enjoyed on-site with food, and are sold on a first come first serve basis.
If you have yet to patron Troquet in its new home on South Street, the garage sale is the perfect time to do so. Wether you're a connoisseur or simply enjoy a glass every now and then, there's a bottle waiting to be discovered*.
