Wine, cheese, and keys is a social event where you get the chance to meet and talk with local experts while enjoying some excellent wines and cheese. Meet local experts, Karen Hickman and Helen Coen, Realtors with William Raveis Real Estate, Nik Ligris, Real Estate Attorney, Mark Maiocca, Mortgage Loan Officer with Fairway Mortgage and Matt Clifford, Financial Planner with Ameriprise as we discuss with you the steps to purchase a home of your own.


This evening isn't all talk. We want you to enjoy yourself as you gain some insight into the home buying experience. A sommelier will be on hand throughout the evening to sample three great wines. You get to choose one bottle to take home.


You will learn from experts the credit scoring game, how much you can qualify for, why you should own rather than rent, and how to assemble a rock star team to guide you through the whole process with ease and ultimate success.
