Tour the largest indoor wind blade testing center in North America with Net Impact!
The Wind Technology Testing Center (WTTC) of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center’s (MassCEC) in Charlestown is able to test blades up to 90 meters in length, and offers the latest wind turbine blade testing and prototype development methodologies - supporting deployment of the next generation of land-based and offshore wind turbines.
The tour starts at 11:00 and will take approximately one hour. Participants are welcome to join a group that will have lunch at a restaurant nearby (TBD) afterwards.
A group of us will meet at the Community College station at 10:30 and walk to the site (approximately 25 minutes). Please contact Nat Schils ([email protected]) if you would like to offer other attendees a ride or are in need of a ride and we will try to coordinate.
