The focus of this week is to connect as a group, set goals and gain a fundamental understanding of the nervous system and how it can be influenced through the power of your mind and conscious breathing.

Week 2: Gear Up
In Week 2, we will begin with a group reflection and build upon the breathing toolkit from Week 1. The intention of this session is to connect the dots, feel and understand the link between psychology and physiology through a controlled stress response. Participants will learn new techniques to modulate energy levels, focus, and state of being through breathing practice and an ice bath.

Week 3: Go With The Flow
The final session, the ultimate experience. Take your potential to a new level and expand your sense of possibility through the power of exposure training. This week we will begin with a breathwork journey to tune in and lead into a brief discussion about the circulatory system to set the tone for exposure training.
