During this session you will practice and learn:

-How to consciously regulate your autonomic nervous system using the fundamental breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method

-What the benefits of a conscious breathing practice are and their implication on health, growth and restoration from a performance and recovery perspective

-Why breathing is the remote control to your nervous system, brain and overall physiology

There will be a light lecture on the latest science and theory of breathing, ample time for reflection on the experience and a brief group discussion.
