If you are among the 99% of people who repeatedly attempt to diet and wind up where they started (or worse), and would like to find a permanent way out of this dilemma, this may be for you.
The solution, once it's pointed out, is perfectly obvious.
And the way to address the problem is equally obvious, once it's explained as well.
This is not a pitch for some gimmick-laden diet plan or expensive program, in fact, it's a lecture, and is totally free.
All that's required for this introduction to a whole foods plant based approach to eating is an open mind and a willingness to change.
For without those, your diet and your weight will remain the same.

Presented by Al Davis, author of The Diet Fallacies, available on Amazon.
Testimonials from Al's book The Diet Fallacies:
"Al's stories get right to the point and deliver quite a bit of relevant wisdom and easy to use strategies to help embrace a healthier lifestyle" (Rich C., MD)
"(Al) helps you to understand the addictive nature of processed garbage that is sold to us as food. It isn't food: it is carefully manipulated chemical rubbish designed to make us want to consume more, making us sick, and the food companies rich." (Andie T., Nutritionist)
"Al Davis provides scientific support, real life examples and plenty of resources to broaden your learning so that you can decide for yourself." (Orna G.)

There is a parking lot at the library, plus plenty of free street parking. The 77 bus from Harvard Square goes right past the library.
