Join noted historian Robert Forrant and Butler descendents, along with actors from the upcoming performance of Richard Strand’s play Ben Butler (Gloucester Stage, August 2–25) for a lively discussion of the dynamic Civil War General, Massachusetts governor, and settler of Bay View. Offered in collaboration with Gloucester Stage Company.
