Life has a way of filling our plates—work, family, caregiving, relationships, responsibilities, expectations, and everything in between. Sometimes we're so busy carrying it all that we rarely stop to ask ourselves, "How am I really doing?"

Join us for What's On Your Plate?, a welcoming and reflective creative wellness workshop where we'll slow down, check in with ourselves, and explore what we're carrying—and what we'd like to make more room for.

Through guided conversation, self-reflection, and a hands-on mixed-media canvas collage, participants will create a personalized piece of art representing the life you want to intentionally nurture. Together, we'll reflect on what nourishes us, what weighs us down, and how we can make more space for joy, rest, connection, and the things that matter most.

No artistic experience is necessary—just come as you are. You'll leave with a personalized canvas, practical insights, and hopefully a little more clarity, compassion, and room to breathe.

All materials provided | No artistic experience required
