Have you heard about Sous Vide cooking? Come learn this new cooking method and discover what all the buzz is about. You'll learn how this trendy method of cooking is a stress-reducing option for healthy home cooks, resulting in enhanced flavors, better textures and tenderness, and perfectly cooked foods. You will learn about the basic tools needed and how to use them, as well as sampling a variety of foods cooked with Sous Vide technology.
