It's all about space this month at BostonTalks! We have speakers looking for life in space, building community online and improving urban living. Spend your evening talking space and sipping brews!
Clara Sousa-Silva is a molecular astrophysicist and MIT researcher dedicated to searching for habitable planets in the solar system. Her work includes making the science world a more inclusive space for young people. Hear about Clara's work looking for life in space and fostering a love for science in kids.
Emily O'Neil is the executive director for the Fort Point Arts Community in Boston. When rent got too high, and the arts community lost studio space, she and local artists had to get creative. Their solution was to expand access to programs and initiatives, in order to keep Fort Point culturally relevant. Hear her story and what's coming up in local public art.
