Chef Ming Tsai is back on the @PBSFood Instagram account this Thursday at 3pm ET for a live demonstration of his recipes for Spring shrimp satay, chicken and cucumber noodle salad and a Piña-Rita cocktail. Ming Tsai is chef and owner of Blue Dragon restaurant in the Boston Seaport. He also hosts the WGBH-produced public media cooking show Simply Ming.
