Featured Meditation Workshop, led by William Jackson
This mindfulness class will include a little science, a little philosophy and a little dark chocolate. We will start the class with a clear intention and then go deeper into understanding how meditation works on the brain and body and then learn a simple set of meditations you can continue practicing when you get home. Participate in walking, eating and sitting meditation and learn how to both listen and communicate in a more meaningful and mindful way. Leave feeling refreshed and like you got a mental workout that will make you feel clearer and more confident about the direction of your life.
Featured Yoga Workshop: Peaceful Power, led by Andrea Savino
This class is designed for you to build focus, heat, strength, and confidence throughout a thoughtful yet challenging Power Yoga flow. Opportunities to test your balance and athleticism will present themselves during Andrea’s creative and intentional sequence. The sequence will always include a Sun A, Sun B, fundamental core work, and designated time to make your practice unique to you followed by a well deserved cool down. Andrea spends a lot of her time curating energetic playlists to keep both her and her students’ practice fresh and fun. Bring along a positive and open mind as this class is created to suit the wellbeing of anyone and everyone!
