This New Year’s Eve, relive 2017’s successes with family and friends while indulging in an expertly prepared three-course prix fixe tasting menu at restaurateur Nick Varano’s Strega Waterfront in Boston’s bustling Seaport District. Well-known for an atmosphere full of glitz and glam, Strega Waterfront is the perfect place for New Year’s revelers to eat, drink, and be seen.
Created by Chef Salvatore himself, the menu will feature signature staples like Oysters Rockefeller (sautéed spinach, mozzarella, seasoned Italian breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon), Veal Osso Buco (slow-cooked veal shank served with saffron and baby shrimp risotto), Duck Ravioli (served with Dom Perignon champagne sauce), and Chef Sal’s Famous Tiramisu (espresso-soaked lady fingers, fresh mascarpone), along with an array of celebratory dishes presented for this one special night only. For guests looking to sip while they savor, the Strega Waterfront team’s hand-selected varietals are guaranteed to pair perfectly with each course. At the stroke of midnight, all guests 21 years of age will receive a complimentary glass of authentic Italian Prosecco for toasting to a healthy and happy 2018.
