COVID-19 has brought us fever, chills and a nation-wide run on toilet paper. In addition, with more businesses opening up, we are also facing COVID-inspired quandaries in the workplace. Along with state and company mandates, there are gray areas around health safety. To complicate matters, co-workers have differing definitions of "safe" behaviors (e.g. co-worker pops into your cube for a “quick” discussion without a mask).
Join Social Conversation & Etiquette Consultant, Janet Parnes, as participants will learn guidelines for setting and respecting boundaries without exhibiting “pandemic paranoia” or insensitivity. The end game is to handle these quandaries in a way that respects individual needs and preserves relationships.
