Join Weigh Better U Personal Training and Group Fitness for Weigh Better Burn at The Anchor!
This HIIT style class incorporates the use of body weight and free weights to give you a total body workout in less an hours' time. All done to upbeat fun music, Weigh Better Burn can be modified for all levels of fitness and limitations.
Individual fitness equipment will be provided for the class. All equipment will be sanitized before and after every session completion.
- Participants should bring their own yoga mat, towels and water.
- Participants must wear masks at all times during the workout.
- We ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes before class time.
Fitness has been a lifelong journey for Sam Amado.
When he weighed ~420 lbs, Sam was a participant in ABC's reality show "Fat March". Sam was among the six of twelve participants to complete the 575 mile trip, on foot, from Boston to Washington DC in 2007, losing 85 pounds.
In addition to continuing his own journey, Sam has also been focused on helping other people become healthier and live better lives.
His professional fitness credentials include being a Licensed Massage Therapist, being certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer, training as an American Red Cross CPR Instructor, training and performing as a professional wrestler and a run on the competitive body building circuit (Body Transformation, 2017).
As the owner of the newly founded Weigh Better U Personal Training and Group Fitness Studio (Everett, MA) Sam's background in fitness helps him to map the best path for his clients to achieve their fitness goals. He enjoys helping people of all backgrounds and ability levels become healthier.
