Knowing the fundamentals of excellent soup is essential for your fall and winter meal rotations. This hands-on cooking class will make an international collection of satisfying, warming soups. The students will work in pairs to create: American tomato soup (with grilled cheese sandwiches, or course!), French carrot and parsnip soup, Chinese chicken hot and sour soup, and Portuguese kale and sausage soup. Come hungry!
