In anticipation of Veterans' Day, the historical Piano Craft Guild Art Gallery hosts the Boston Art Song Society for the opening of its third concert season, entitled "War, Peace, and Joy." Beginning in Europe, this program features English songs by Vaughan Williams, French mélodies by Poulenc, and German Lieder by Brahms, Schumann, and Strauss. Join us for a season that we hope will illuminate elements of human suffering, solidarity, and longing for peace.
