BEWARE! The ghoulish denizens of the WIREFOREST, Walter Sickert & The Army of Broken Toys, are BACK and taking over the Charles Hayden Planetarium for a special one-night-only Halloween Happening! Kick off your spooky season with music, masquerade, and mayhem not only under the dome, but spilling out into nooks and crannies; tricks and treats lurk around every corner of the Toys' macabre Museum.


This year Walter Sickert has pulled out all the stops and will be debuting several new works which will transport you into the surrealist multiverse that is WarGospel! It’s an immersive voyage from start to finish. Join us for an apocalyptic party in space that starts on Earth and jettisons out through surrealist hellscapes, into rabbit black holes, straight through the psychedelic Planetarium maw!


Walter Sickert & the Army of Broken Toys are musically sophisticated, immensely talented, and wildly unusual; diverse in material and presentation; a Dada-esque dust-bowl circus carnival run amuck.


Don't miss the Halloween Happening before and after the show! Cash bar with complimentary light snacks opens at 6:30pm, and remains open after the show for more frightening fun!
