Walk for Birthdays / New England - Every mile helps bring birthday joy to a homeless child

Walk for Birthdays is a virtual walk and fitness challenge to raise funds and awareness for Birthday Wishes.

Simply register, create a fundraising page and on May 1st start logging miles. The goal is to collectively log 15,000 miles between May 1st and June 6th. You can participate in any mileage based fitness activity and track your miles.

Now in its 10th year, Walk for Birthdays (formerly Cake Walk) will be virtual this year so anyone can register and walk (or bike, swim or just log miles) and help bring the magic of a birthday celebration to a homeless child. Over 26,000 homeless children will experience the joy of a Birthday Wishes party thanks to efforts such as this virtual event.

Individual Registration is $35 and $20 for students. Anyone raising $150 will receive a commemorative t-shirt and a thank you from a child whose birthday you helped to support. Trophies will be given for the top fundraising school and team and there will be a fundraising sweepstakes with the prize of 2 Jet Blue tickets to anywhere in the Continental US!
