Please join us on Sunday July 12th for the first virtual Klezmer Jam hosted by the Boston Synagogue! The jam will be divided into two parts: first a workshop, then a muted jam and tune share.


6:30 - 7:15 -- Workshop


This week's workshop will be geared to whoever shows up, but we'll plan to teach some tunes and go over klezmer rhythms, accompaniment, and sekund playing (accompaniment for melody players). If you are interested in leading a workshop in the future, or there is something you'd really like to have a workshop on, please be in touch!


7:30 - 8:15 -- Muted Jam and Tune share


We'll play and dance along to a tune leader! For folks just interested in listening, this is a great time to join.
