Virtual food demo: Learn to Make Gluten Free Buckwheat Crepes and Almond Flour Cookies!
A La Pêche Gluten Free Bakery is partnering with Heidi Roth, RD, LDN, CHHC (Founder/Owner of Heidi Roth Nutrition) to bring you a free class on how to easily eat more nutrient dense through the use of alternative flours.
The virtual demo is completely free, and all participants will also receive a written guide on a few of the most common alternative flours with additional recipes included.

About Heidi Roth:
Heidi Roth, RD, LDN, CHHC is the owner and founder of Heidi Roth Nutrition. SHe is a registered Dietitian with 20+ years experience, as well as a Health Coach, living and working in the Boston area. Heidi provides nutritional counseling for corporations and individuals, and has done over 1500 presentations for corporations and universities throughout the Boston area including MIT, Harvard Business School, Lincoln Labs, Boston College, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Tufts, Hebrew Senior Life, HEA, and Alnylam. During the pandemic, her focus has shifted to virtual seminars and cooking demos.
