Join me for an online cooking class where you’ll cook alongside me to make a complete dinner.
Soups are one of my favorite comforting and nourishing meals but they can feel intimidating to make from scratch. In this class, I’ll teach you two soup recipes that are quick enough for a weeknight dinner. You’ll also learn some of my favorite tips for soups so that you can riff on your own the next time the temperature drops and you don’t know what’s for dinner.
- 20-Minute “Almost” Ramen with Pork, Mushrooms and Spinach (can be made kosher and/or vegan)
- Curried Butternut Squash Soup (vegan option available)
