Cara Brindisi is an accomplished singer-songwriter who has opened for a wide range of well known musicians including Adam Lambert, Tower of Power, and Chris Isaak.  She has performed in some of New England’s most historic venues including Mechanics Hall in Worcester, MA and the Hampton Casino Ballroom in New Hampshire. She was voted Best Female Vocalist (2017) and Best Solo Acoustic Act (2014) by Pulse Magazine’s Worcester Music Awards. In addition to her success as a performing artist, Cara is a Board Certified Music Therapist and is growing her business, Songbird Sentiments, which includes specialized ‘Singing Telegrams’ catered to those seeking music in these times of social distancing and isolation.  For more information, please visit her website: carabrindisi.com  

The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden Cancer Support Center is the premier provider of integrative oncology care in Massachusetts, located on 8 acres of serene woodlands at 145 Bolton Road in Harvard, MA. The Healing Garden offers support groups, expressive and integrative therapies, and individual counseling services to optimize the quality of life for all those who are affected by cancer – men, women, and their caregivers – regardless of cancer type, prognosis, or financial ability to pay for services.
