She helps feminist womxn heal their relationship with food through rituals that strengthen mindset and self-trust. Her approach focuses on developing intuition around food, practicing self-compassion, and leaving dieting behind for good.
Amanda Goedde is a movement instructor on the North Shore, and an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the fitness and wellness space. She advocates for showing up to spaces as authentically as possible, and her classes and work are proof of this. Her goal is to create spaces that are welcoming and inclusive for everybody and every body where they feel safe to express their authentic selves.
