With Mother's Day around the corner, and so many folks spending a lot of time shopping online, we want to help make it easier for folks to understand the chocolate market better, which will help make shopping for gift items, birthday presents, thank you notions, and quarantine self-care treats easier. What's the difference between a chocolatier and a chocolate maker? What's the difference between a bon bon and a truffle? How do I shop for someone that has food allergies or dietary restrictions? What is the shelf life for different chocolate items? We'll answer all these questions and more for you!


We'll also be doing a trivia question, with the winner being awarded an egift card to a future Cocoa Beantown chocolate tour, so make sure you tune in LIVE!
