Virtual Cheese 101 - Formaggio Favorites

We're so excited to offer our most popular class online! Our mongers will guide you through a tasting of some Formaggio Kitchen classics.

An online version of our most popular class! Our cheesemongers will help you broaden your knowledge of one of our favorite subjects. We will talk about the history and process of cheesemaking, and how our favorite modern-day cheesemakers (many of whom we have visited) are embracing artisan traditions. Learn the basics of tasting and building your own cheese plate, and if you'd like, add a few of our favorite pairings options as well!
This class will take place virtually at 7 pm on Friday, May 29th.

To fully participate in the class you MUST:
1. Reserve one spot per household through Eventbrite . The flat rate of $10 guarantees that you will receive a link within 24 hours of the class.

When placing your order, please choose from the available options below:
Basic Bundle (SM or LG): Includes 4 cheeses, two condiments, and a box of crackers.
-Small $58 - apprx. 1/3 lb of each cheese, recommended for 2-4 people
-Large $88 - apprx. 2/3 lb of each cheese, recommended for 4+ people
Sip&Savor (one size): Includes 2 wines.
-Add $40 - Two perfectly paired wines to pull it all together! (NOTE: only available for local orders, cannot be shipped)
We recommend wine pairings for the complete classroom experience!
