Barre is a full-body workout using primarily body weight. No experience necessary!

What do you need for class?
-A chair / table / something to hold onto for balance and use as a barre
-If you have light weights at home, use them! If not, you can use wine bottles / soup cans / Truly cans / or nothing at all!
$10 per class - send Venmo to Meg (@Margaret-Devlin-3)
After class- you will receive a link to a recording of the class via Dropbox that will be yours to keep and save for your own personal library to do again in the future.
