Come celebrate the beginning of the Holiday Season at Swing City!


It's our special time of the year and this year we are collaborating with North Shore Swing Dance to host a holiday gala at the City Hall in Newburyport, MA (60 Pleasant Street).


Please join us for a fun night of swing dancing with the big band Avocates. Come dance to music of the 1930s and 40s and the sights and sounds of the era when swing music was king, and boosted the morale of the nation during the Second World War. Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Count Basie, Les Brown, Vaughn Monroe, Harry James, and many others. A free introductory swing lesson is offered at 6:45pm and the dance starts at 7:30pm.


Admission is $25.
